What has changed?
I've never had this occupation earlier amongst the older greenish label Coleman canisters. Recently, it seems there's been a change. The novel ones stimulate got an orangish label (see photo, below), but the changes appear to larn beyond color. They exactly don't move amongst other brands of gas stoves. I'm speaking hither nearly backpacking type canisters only. I am NOT referring to the large 100% propane greenish canisters.
Here's how I happened on this:

So, I bought unopen to of the large 450 gram Coleman canisters lately at Walmart. They're the cheapest build (at to the lowest degree when bought at Walmart).
When I got them home, they only didn't work. On whatsoever stove tried (see list, below). And I've got a lot of stoves. None of them worked – until I tried a Coleman build stove.

These stoves kind of worked amongst orangish label Coleman gas canisters cranked down difficult (NOT recommended):
Other brands are all over the map. Some models work; others create not. I've had reports of a Pocket Rocket working, but my Pocket Rocket did not. This tells me that the Coleman canisters are really close, only off past times maybe one-half a millimeter or something similar that. Their Lindal valve is recessed exactly a fleck further downwardly inwards the threaded connecter than other brands. It doesn't accept much.
